Do your technicians have the necessary qualifications?
We only hire technicians with four years or more experience in the field. Our technicians continue to study with internal and external training courses. We do train apprentices to help with the trade, but in the end, it is the mechanic who will be working on your car.
Is membership required?
Unlike a traditional service or repair shop, FuseAve comes to you. We don’t have ongoing membership fees, so you only pay when you need us.
When can I expect a technician to arrive?
Bookings can usually be made on the same or next business day by emailing Info@FuseAve.com or calling (604) 974-9194. The earlier you contact us, the better.
During what hours do you operate?
We will arrive for our first appointment between 8 am and 8 pm, and for our last appointment between 2 pm and 4 pm, depending on our workload.
Is your pricing based on volume?
Our goal is to give you a fixed price up front so you can control costs.
