John did an inspection for us on an Escalade. He is highly organized, professional and efficient and definitely knows his stuff. Everything was explained by him in full detail both verbally and in the report he sent shortly after the inspection. The report includes photos of absolutely everything involved in the inspection and John shared the photos with us at the time too. We didn’t proceed with purchase of this Escalade so hopefully we’ll see John again soon when we look at another! Very nice guy who’s also very witty and easy going. Thank you, John!
